I forgot to customize my CSA box last week. So there is a very large head of cabbage in my fridge right now. It's almost four pounds of leafy green.
I love cabbage, but I an not very creative when it comes to preparing it. I usually roast it a la Kalyn's Kitchen (adding a bit of garlic and hot pepper flakes) and call it a day. I'm trying to branch out and be more creative, so I'm updating my Cabbage board on Pinterest.
